Where did you get the painting over your mantel?
My dad painted the canvas for us. I commissioned him to paint this scene for us, based on a photo I'd seen and fell in love with. He has been an artist and creator for over 50 years.
Does the liquid laundry soap dispenser work well?
Unfortunately no. This post is still one of the most pinned and asked about projects on this blog!I always preferred to use liquid soap, and wanted a pretty way to have it handy. I figured, why not use a beverage dispenser? The idea seemed good, but the reality was that the soap clogged up the spigot. I was very disappointed it didn't work out. For now, I am using powder in these:

Where do you sell your stuff?
Currently, my furniture and vintage items are for sale at Aunt Bee's House in Salem, Oregon. I occasionally do local shows, and I keep all that information updated on my "Where To Find Me" page at the top of my blog.What is the paint color you used in your daughter's bedroom?
It is Valspar's Crystal Aqua. I also used it on our original square coffee table we had in our living room.
