Little Update: vintage inspired mirror

Thanks so much for all the sweet comments the other day on our laundry room storage!
:)

A few of you were wishing your laundry rooms were looking like ours- without the piles of clothes all over the floor and messy.  I can assure you, we have piles of laundry on the floor too!  There was a lot of editing and shoving of items for the photo shoot!

A few weeks ago, when I was working on getting this shelf up in our master bathroom, I felt like it needed a little vintage vanity mirror for some sparkle.  I searched and asked around because I was wanting a very specific shape.
Nothing too large, and somewhat oval or horizontal in shape.

Finally, I found it!  I have to admit, I'm a teensy bit sad that it's not vintage.
You know, with the blackened edges?  (I guess it does have that a little bit....)
But, I did want the etched flowers, and the size is perfect!

I love it!
Best part? $10!
:)

Thanks for letting me share another little update with you!
Tomorrow I hope to show you an update in the living room that I am loving, and some new pillows I've completed for my room at Aunt Bee's.

P.S. Just so you know I'm serious when I say we have a messy laundry area, here you go.
Keepin it real.

Have a great Thursday!

Thank you for sharing the picture of your laundry room. I didn't think I was the only one with a messy wash room. Blessings Paula

Ha ha! I like you even more after this post. I'm sure there are socks that pile that can't be paired in there as well. Great reminder for us all to share our not so glamorous sides with the blogging world too!

This is perfect Denise, and it really does have a great vintage look, I think these were from the 30's or 40's it's just been well taken care of. Just the right amount of shimmer for the room! thanks for coming to the party!

Love the mirror. I collect those vintage mirrors and know how hard they are to come by, i have them hanging up my staircase. And you can't tell yours isn't vintage.
