new stuff in my booth

By the time you're reading this, we will be well on our way down I-5, heading over to the 101 for our spring break road trip!
Yippee!

I thought I'd leave you with one more post before the weekend- some items that I stocked in my space before our vacation.

The vintage Paris gray dresser sold, so I had to scramble to fill the space.  I was a bit of a slacker this past week and didn't work on anything.  Fortunately a friend gave me this beautiful vintage twin bed, and so I was able to fill in with it.  The photos really do not do justice to the color- it is a much softer green in person.

Even though I was a slacker in the furniture area, I did manage to put together this spring banner.  A mix of vintage and paper.  The swirl embellishments have a bit of sparkle to them.

 A few Easter items...

Ok, so I guess I did get one furniture item done- the chair on the right was something I got last weekend. It already had a shabby chic finish on it- I replaced the seat in a French look.  It's actually a replica of the one I did a year ago- you can see it by clicking here.  I am selling the chairs individually or the pair of them for a slightly discounted rate.
It was a lot of fun making up the table as an actual table setting.

A vintage European mix.
I added in the book of poetry for a fun look.  :)
I really didn't want to cover up the chippy table, but thought it was time to properly show the table linen.  It's very soft, wide weave linen with a cheery blue and yellow border.  Very cafe like.

That's all for now!  Lots of stuff waiting in the wings!

Mark your calendar for April 13- yes, Friday the 13th- for a special event at Aunt Bee's House!
I will be there with my tiara  ;)  and you won't want to miss the yummy food, takeaways, door prizes and sales going on!

Have a great weekend!

This makes me miss my booth. I'm managing a consignment shop so all my stuff is now with me. I don't like having to do it all. I miss my little space:( Looks great! Love it!
