Guest Post: Cassie from Primitive & Proper!

Good morning!
I am so excited to have Cassie here filling in for me!
I'm not sure when I first discovered Cassie's blog, but it was shortly after I started my own.  Primitive and Proper has been a great source of inspiration for me as a furniture makeover site.  If you like befores and afters, you will love what Cassie has to offer.

Hello Pink Postcard friends!
I am so honored to be here today on the talented Denise's blog!  She is so sweet and I just love her furniture makeovers!
I am Cassie from another PP blog... (get your mind out of the gutter!).  It's Primitive and Proper, where I blog all about my home and its projects (we just moved in October, so believe me there are tons), and also share lots of furniture makeovers which is my actual business.  I have been hunting down vintage finds to breathe new life into for about 5 years, and still love it!  Over these 5 years I have done a number of projects.  Since this blog is called Pink Postcard, I thought we would take a little stroll down pink memory lane today with some of the pink dressers I have painted.

This dresser I purchased had such great curves and was already so feminine that I thought a soft pink was just right!
Here it is before..
And after...

This dresser was one of my first times using Annie Sloan Chalk Paint.  It was painted in Henrietta Pink.

And after...
This dresser is one of my favorite pink pieces!  I love hot pink! :)  And it was the color of the year last year!

And after....

And finally, since the weather has been nice, and I feel summer coming on, I thought I would share this fun coral dresser!

So there you have some of my favorite pink dressers of the past few years!
Denise, I hope you are enjoying your time away, and thank you SO much for having me here today!
I hope you will come visit me at my blog soon!
